Leading North has transformed Hotel Blake’s positioning into a lifestyle/boutique hotel with few capital dollars by bringing the city into the property through a variety of unique and creative ways. Leading North also led all direct sales efforts in qualified markets and designed & implemented all digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, Display, Email Marketing, Content Strategy, Social Media). Leading North works very closely with the hotel to ensure optimum execution of these strategies, resulting in year to date revpar index growth of 6%, 12% revpar growth year-over-year, and group pace increase of 15%.
Daytona Beach Resort & Conference Center
Through the thoughtful integration of various digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Display, Content Strategy, Email Marketing, Local SEO, Social Media), Daytona Beach Resort has seen a year-over-year increase in website revenue of over 30% and a 20% increase in call-ins. Leading North has helped the property improve the quality of its website visitors by serving highly relevant and enticing content to carefully segmented audience, thus resulting in higher conversions and overall revenue.
The objective at Highgate was to develop a more significant sales culture, provide a more balanced approach between sales and revenue management while bringing greater competency to large group hotels. Leading North engaged Highgate for three years and expanded its group sales departments to greater prominence and results while building a culture of sales development and training.

Here, Leading North was retained to support the Hotel Teatro’s transformation from luxury to lifestyle and to open new business lines with new revenue management practices, sales and marketing strategies and transforming their website to monetize the asset better.
Leading North was engaged to provide sales support and oversight from an executive level for several of its independent hotels. The engagement developed to be the sales and revenue lead for the transformation of the Waldorf Astoria Naples to the Naples Grande. This included designing and leading execution of all critical paths with focus on revenue management, sales, marketing, digital marketing, public relations rebranding, sales training and development.
